How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password or need to reset it? Here's how:

Steps to reset your password

1. Visit the sign-in page of the web or desktop app or, visit the password reset page.
2. Enter your accounts email address.
3. Click "Find".
4. Open your email and find an email from focus booster. Click on the link provided.
5. Enter your new password. 

Note: The password resets have some rigorous security settings around them. If you don't use it within an hour it expires and if you don't use the same browser that you requested the reset from to sign-in, it won't work. This is all to ensure your account can't be hacked.

How to change your password

1. Visit your profile, located under the 'more' button in the top right-hand corner of the web app
2. Select 'manage my password' in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Enter your current password and your new password, twice.
